Entrance.....

Welcome to the Leisure Centre
I'm afraid we can't manage the smell of chlorine and chips but we can provide a place to play. And with this in mind the first edition takes GAMES as its theme.

Leisure Centre provides in its small way, a solution to the problem of recreation in the atomic age. Enclosed within its modest pages artists have contributed to an assortment of THINGS TO DO and THINGS TO SEE.

Amongst this collection we have an origami demonstration, the thrills of toboggan racing in Norway, a review of Anne Hardy at ArtSway and a look at WSA MA Interim show. Scattered throughout you will also find interventions by Tim Machin allowing you to check the weather forecast and keep up with the progress of your stocks and shares.

Enjoy...and don't forget to keep a £1 coin handy for your locker
